As a former Director of Property Management and Director of Construction & Maintenance-- Ken has also successfully managed just over 18,000 residential units, remodeled over 20,000 and pioneered "mobile maintenance" to the LA basin in 2010 with Verizon Wireless. Ken also holds a General Contractor license + EPA Certification in the State of California.

12 years industry knowledge as a Leasing Specialist, Assistant Manager, and Manager—for such companies as Equity Residential, and Gables Metropolitan. Today Michelle runs point and handles all field issues regarding Customer Service for StarQ.

Structural Architect Field Rep.

23 year industry knowledge as a Lead Architect, designing structural plans for single family homes, townhouse, garden style apartments, condos and some midrise commercial buildings throughout Los Angeles. His skillset brings a new dynamic to StarQ and a solid foundation, no play on words :) to increase Owner’s trust and comfortability across the board.

Jennifer Middleton
Business Accountant

8 year industry knowledge as a CPA, Account Specialist, Property Accountant and a Corporate Office Payables Accountant. Jennifer locks down to ensure “0” double billing, wrong GL Coding and all accounts are standardized to Net 15 & Net 30 timeframes.
